We hiked out Gilpatricks via the mine road this weekend. Intended to climb up to the ridge and take the ridge on up but missed it in the mist. As the day evolved, it turned into a pretty nice day.

Afternoon Thundershowers

An afternoon thundershower swept through with heavy rain, some lightening strikes which left some smoke in the woods and this :)

A fine weekend indeed

After a few weeks of rain, the forecast looked like fun. So we headed out of town for some car camping. Valley even got to run off leash, something always fun to be part of, she always gets so excited and knows exactly what is happening when we let her off. Like a Rocket, she takes off to enjoy the good life it brings.
